Kaye is amazing to work with. She treats you like family. She never gave up on find us a home. We found our home in 4-5 months with lots of declined offers. She made sure we found the house for us and something that would last forever.

We worked with Kaye on the purchase of our home after relocating back from Pennsylvania. Kaye was great!! She has great knowledge about the current market and was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had and worked to quickly resolve any issues. Kaye (Kathleen) is a rare find: she is a consummate professional but is also fun to work with; it's clear she enjoys what she is doing. In a frantic housing market where houses were sometimes under contract within hours of going on the MLS, Kaye navigated me through to winning offers on great homes. Kaye's knowledge and experience were met with an outstanding work ethic and an intuitive ability to read a situation - she knew when to go high and when to go low and precisely how to word an offer to win. Kaye was available at all hours and wrote offers LATE into the night (11 PM) and early in the morning (6 AM) Kaye cut short a weekend get-away just to make sure an offer got in on time on a house freshly on the market. She listened, she nudged me in the right direction on occasion and she helped me successfully close escrow on 4 houses in less than 30 days.

Due to unexpected weird circumstances with this sale, Kaye has gone above and beyond what was required as a realtor. Her patience with this senior citizen is amazing! She has my recommendation if you're selling your home.
